  Just a quick note to say thank you for everything. Recently, Tiffany and I went to a local dealer to purchase a car. Before agreeing to sign the contract, we requested we bring the car to you for inspection. The dealer had no issues with that. As a matter of fact, he said if you want to throw away $44 dollars that's up to you. Well after your inspection, you found that the head gasket needed to be replaced... a very costly repair.
  We went back to the dealer with paperwork in hand. He had his service guys take a second look and agreed the head gasket did need to be replaced. The dealer agreed to replace the gasket with no cost to us. We purchased the car with peace of mind.
