Importech has the tools to get the job done right, We have the information, computers, software, tools, and the experience.

With 7 bays to repair cars, and 3 fully qualified technicians, we can repair your vehicle quickly and efficiently.

In fact, we pride ourselves in performing all auto repairs quickly. Most repairs are done the day the vehicle arrives. Other jobs may require an additional day or so.

SERVICE POLICIES

Labor Rate: 82.71 per/hour

We are not responsible for cars left outside, or contents left inside of car.

Diagnosis of your car is sometimes very simple, and in most cases, the costs are reasonable. Training for our technicians, sophisticated diagnostic equipment, and tools are all required to get the job done right. The fees for the process of finding the problem with your car do not include labor or parts for repairs.

We stand ready to meet your needs, and answer any questions regarding your vehicle. All old replaced parts (with the exception of parts needed by the manufacturer) are available for your inspection, and you may take most of them home if needed.

Diagnosis is not free, and payment is due upon completion. We do charge a $35.00 per day storage fee, after 3 days.

All our repairs are covered under our 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. Any job that uses used parts carries a 6 month parts only warranty. All work utilizing customer supplied parts have no warranty on parts or labor. Service for warranty work requires an appointment in advance, and warranty work done by other companies will not be paid for by Importech. Car rental expenses, or losses incurred due to not having a vehicle are not covered under Importech's warranty policy. There is no warranty offered on plow trucks or cars with aftermarket access. We do not offer warrantees on tires.

All estimates given do not include our environmental fee which is 2% of the total bill, up to a maximum of ten dollars.
